Welcome to Engatta Release 12! We're happy to introduce the latest enhancements designed to supercharge your content operations. Whether you're a seasoned user or a potential user, these new features are crafted to help you organize and plan your content with ease.
All your Stakeholders aligned
Engatta users can now share the Wall with stakeholders, offering them a customized view of content item statuses and project progress. Stakeholders can view the shared Wall without having an Engatta account, making it easier than ever to keep everyone in the loop. With this new Wall View, you'll experience:
- Visibility: Enhanced visibility for stakeholders without requiring an Engatta account.
- Tracking: Easy tracking of content item statuses and long-term project progress.
- Simplicity: Simplified, read-only interface for external users.
Custom Labels for Events
Now, you can apply custom labels to events, making it easier to create dynamic overviews based on characteristics such as channel, owner, or campaign. This means:
- Organization: Improved organization with dynamic overviews.
- Filtering: Easy filtering across Calendar, Wall, or Planner.
Add your own Content Metrics
For channels without automatic integration, Engatta users can now manually input metrics for content items, ensuring comprehensive tracking and reporting. Ensuring:
- Flexibility: Flexibility for channels without automatic integration.
- Analytics: Comprehensive tracking and reporting of content performance.
And a bunch of User Experience Enhancements
We are excited to introduce a range of improvements designed to enhance the overall user experience:
Scroll to Now Button on the Wall
Easily jump to the current date and time on your Wall with the new "Scroll to Now" button for quick access to the latest content activities.
Lists Updated to Labels
We've updated terminology from "Lists" to "Labels" for a more intuitive and consistent experience, reflecting the dynamic nature of organizational tools and supporting our goal of straightforward content management.
Bullet and Numbered Lists in Description Areas
Improve content clarity and structure with bullet and numbered lists in descriptions, facilitating effective organization and alignment for team members.
TikTok Integration
In our latest release, we now support importing TikTok posts and tracking performance metrics, allowing you to manage TikTok content alongside other social media channels for a comprehensive view of performance.
Streamlined Content Items Overview
We've removed the "Content Type" column on the content items overview page for a simpler and more focused layout.
Option to Include Past Posts in Channel Imports
When importing a channel, you can now include past posts to backfill your content calendar, giving a comprehensive overview of your content activities.
These UX improvements are designed to make your experience with Engatta more intuitive and efficient.
